Residential new and replacement septic system designs—this includes a site plan map in no smaller than a 1 inch to 50 foot scale, written design plans with soil report breakdown, necessary calculations and descriptions, materials list, and more. Design work can be done any time of the year and we will work throughout the year, unlike installations which typically happen from April through November (See rates page for design cost breakdown by county).

Commercial "small flows" designs (under 1000 gal./day)—we can, in many cases, design on-site sewage treatment systems for small businesses. Most counties (contact us) we work in have chosen to regulate these, but a few counties defer to the Ohio EPA and you'll need an engineering firm to submit the plans. We would be less expensive than a P.E. in counties that regulate these types of systems and we often team up with an engineering firm in counties that defer to OEPA (Priced by the job).

Development or subdivision plans. When subdividing property (splitting a lot) many counties require that you have a plan for existing or planned homes' current and/or future systems and reserve sites set aside for each new parcel created. Sometimes this requires full plans or descriptions of areas required and system options, we can get you through the health department review part of these processes. Priced by job.
